1. Where does Steady’s Petshop ship?
Steady’s Petshop currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Yes. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix) will begin processing on the next business day.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
